The Office renders services dedicated to professional athletes, trainers and their agents. The field of services comprise of legal counseling relating to qualified practice of sports, sponsorship and promotion contracts, the use of right to image, damages and debt recovery. We represent our Clients before Polish courts of law as well as arbitral tribunals in Europe, including The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). We have comprehensive experience and references in pursuing liabilities for our Clients.

The scope of practice results from passion of the Office founder Legal Counsel Piotr Bujnarowski, who professionally practiced rowing from 1988 to 1996, repeatedly wining state championships and was a member of Polish national rowing team on 1992 Olympics in Barcelona and 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Contacts and experience gained during qualified practice of sport initiated the Office interest in rendering services to professional athletes, trainers and sport agents.
