PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Within the Website BUJNAROWSKI Kancelaria Prawna (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") only basic personal data of the Website Users are processed, especially: names and surnames (trade names) of Users and e-mail addresses of Users. IP addresses and other system log-ins of Users are used solely for purposes of the Website IT system administration. Processing of personal data in question includes especially their gathering, recording, storing, operating, changing, making accessible and removing. Sending personal data is voluntary. Personal data are entered into the Website IT system only when send by User via e-mail. Personal data are gathered solely for the purpose of assuring proper functioning of the Website and proper rendering of services through or with use of the Website. Users have the right to access their personal data as well as to amend, change and remove them from the Website. The Website ensures Users anonymity (unless Users decide to reveal their identity). Users personal data are processed only within the Website and are not transferred to third parties unless upon Users prior consent or due to necessity arising from provisions of generally applicable law. Users personal data are protected in accordance with provisions of act of August 29th, 1997 on protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2002, No. 101, Entry No. 926 as amended) and act of July 18th, 2002 on rendering electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, Entry No. 1204 as amended).
  2. Sending personal data by User is equal to expressing consent for receiving information from the Website as stated in article 10 paragraph 2 of act of July 18th, 2002 on rendering electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, Entry No. 1204 as amended).
  3. The Website does not use "Cookies" technology.
  4. For interpretation purposes of "Privacy policy" stipulations Polish language version shall prevail.
